Back In Action Dynamic Back School

It's estimated 80% of Americans are affected by low back pain at some point in their lives. The medical management of low back pain primarily involves the use of modalities, medications and rest. There is a growing emphasis on the use of exercise to manage back pain. The back school offer a new option to chiropractors, physical therapists and physicians in the long-term management of low back pain once the client is beyond the acute and subacute stages.

Dynamic Back School program consists of four to six 90-minute sessions over a 30-day period. Each session begins with a 15-minute lecture on a low back related topic. 75 minutes of spinal stabilization, cardiovascular and strengthening follows the short lecture. The back school format can easily accommodate 6-8 clients in a group training session. The back school concept is designed for the non-acute lumbar client.

Body Trainers Dynamic Back School can help “Bridge the Gap Between Health Care and Fitness” by offering employers and insurance companies a way to minimize risk through a combination of educational lectures and hands on conditioning courses. Our program can be designed to help minimize work related injuries and/or return employees to work at higher functional level following discharge from treatment by a licensed medical professional.
