WHAT IS POST-REHAB CONDITIONING?
Post-Rehab & Sport conditioning requires a clear
understanding of fitness professional's role when working with athletes and
post-rehab clients. Clients are properly screened to ensure their safety
and the integrity of the program. Post-rehab client are required to have
a referral from a Physician, Physical Therapist or Chiropractor. The
referral should indicate the client's condition the requested services and
expectations of duration and frequency of the post-rehab program. Sport
conditioning programs will properly instruct athlete in a safe and effective
strength and conditioning techniques. Instruction involves teaching an
athlete a skill in a safe manner and correcting the athlete if necessary.
Emphasizing safety and proper technique for strength training rather than the
amount of weight lift to prevent injury. Our program can be designed to
help minimize work & sports related injuries. Return clients to perform
at higher functional level following discharge from treatment by a licensed
medical professional or an athlete looking to improve performance.

The
goal of a Body Trainers program is to improve the following functional
limitations:
- Power
- Muscle Recruitment
- Strength
- Coordination
- Joint Stability
- Endurance
- Proprioception
- Balance
- ROM/Flexibility

My Advocare

performance, wellness, fitness, skincare, as well as children's products
designed to meet the unique nutritional needs of growing bodies.
As a health and fitness professional, I came to Advocare looking for a product
that would help me look, feel, and perform better. Previously, I was someone
who trained hard and ate healthy but never saw or felt a difference in my body.
I had tried different supplements, diets, and vitamins from local health stores
but nothing seemed to work for me. My workouts hit a plateau and my muscles
were sore from the previous day's workout. I decided to give Advocare
Post-Workout Recovery Shake, Metabolic Nutrition System Max Energy includes
Advocare Vitamin Coreplex and Catalyst a try for a month or two. Within a few
short weeks I felt better than ever with focused energy and noticed I lost a
few inches off my waist. I lost 10 pounds within two months and minimal muscle
soreness following my workout.
As I continued to experience results I began to see Advocare as an opportunity
to help other people in two critical areas of life, health and finance.

brighter financial future by building a business of their own from home.

Strength & Conditioning News

Traditionally football players have relied on basic, heavy lifts like
hang cleans, squats, dead lifts and bench presses to build strength.
Today almost all programs have some form of traditional training in
place. To separate themselves from the pack, some NCAA and NFL programs
have added suspension training techniques to their program to help
enable their players to reach their peak potential.

“When
they told me it was invented by a Navy SEAL, I knew it would be cool—
It's just your body weight working against gravity, so you won't get
injured. Now my wife uses one at home, and I'm addicted.”
