Fitness Evaluation

During your complimentary fitness evalution we will work together, using a combination of established health markers to determine which of our programs is right for you. In a typical gym environment it is not uncommon to use an evaluation as a sales tool. This is not our goal. Instead we use our evaluation as an essential part of placing clients in the optimal fitness experience based on several key components. When our clients invest with us they pay for results and specialized services not a generic monthly gym membership.
